Andrew Yun
Mr. Yun is the managing partner of Yun Law Group, and his practice is focused on all matters related to business including business transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Yun is also very well versed in bankruptcy law, having served as the Law Clerk to the Hon. Erithe Smith, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District, and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Court.
Prior to founding Yun Law Group, Mr. Yun was senior legal counsel to the largest energy and electronics conglomerates in the world. In his spare time, Mr. Yun enjoys playing golf, baseball, and watching his son play baseball.

Joy Nam
Ms. Nam is a legal assistant at Yun Law Group, specializing in client matters related to real estate.
Ms. Nam moved to the U.S. after graduating from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea with a B.A. in Geography. Her dream is to pursue law and eventually develop a transactional practice. Prior to joining Yun Law Group, Ms. Nam worked as a realtor at one of Orange County’s premier real estate firms. Her other interests include helping underprivileged, neglected, and abused children. In her free time, Ms. Nam enjoys novels, Pilates, and spending time with her family.

Daniel Woo
Daniel Woo is a legal assistant at Yun Law Group, supporting the attorneys in case preparation, legal research, and general administrative duties.
Prior to joining Yun Law Group, Mr. Woo was a student at the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science.
Mr. Woo started his educational career as a musician, specializing in Double Bass. He first became interested in law when he started studying the business aspect of the music industry and discovered many cases of unfair contracts and poor representation which hinder musicians from expressing their art. Mr. Woo plans to go to law school to expand on this passion and connect with various clients in need. In his spare time, Mr. Woo enjoys playing basketball, watching movies, and listening to various types of music.

Grace Choi
Ms. Choi is a legal assistant at Yun Law Group, in charge of marketing, social media management, legal research, and general administrative duties.
Ms. Choi is currently a student at the University of California, Irvine, majoring in the field of Psychological Sciences. She is looking to go to law school after graduation, and is interested in exploring entertainment law. Ms. Choi loves meeting and interacting with new people at both social and professional settings. In her spare time, Ms. Choi enjoys listening to a wide variety of music and practicing photography with her film camera.
